Room Reservation Policies 

Room Cancellation Policy
 
Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly.  Of course we understand that plans change and you may need to cancel or modify your reservation. All cancellations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.  If cancelled at any time, deposit will not be refunded to your credit card.  It will be refunded in the form of a credit letter that will have a one-year expiration. Reservations cancelled on or within 7 days prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit. No-shows will be charged a penalty equal to 1 night per room reserved as well as tax charges.

Other Room Policies and Information

Check-in: 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm Monday -Thursday & 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm Saturdays and Sundays.
Breakfast is served between 8:30-10:00 am
Checkout: 11:00 am (Late checkout without prior arrangement will result in an additional one night charge)
 
Smoking is not permitted in our facility. There is a $150.00 fine for smoking, which will be charged to your credit card. We have provided ashtrays outside for smoking guests.

Our Liquor License does not permit outside alcohol on premises.
 
Rates are based on double occupancy. Usually there is a two-night minimum stay required on weekends and three-night minimum on Holidays.  However, availability is always changing so  please call as it may be possible to have one-night stay on a weekend.
50% deposit required upon reserving your room. We accept all major credit cards.

Pet Policy (Cabin Only)
 
If you must bring your pet, we require that you fax to us up-to-date vaccination records before your arrival. The pet must be leashed at all times while outside (due to our farm animals) and also must be crated while you are out of the room. There will be a charge of $30.00 per pet. If we determine that you have an unregistered pet in your room, your credit card will be charged for that pet. Any damages caused by your pet will be charged to you credit card.

Notice to guests: This property is privately owned. The management reserves the right to refuse services to anyone. We will not be responsible for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.
