Main House Rates*
Our room rates vary according to the type of room as well as the in-season and off-season schedule. All rooms have one bed and sleep 2 adults. Some rooms can also accommodate a cot for a small child (please add $36.57 for cot per night). In-season rates, April 1 through October 31, range between $143.69 and $187.05 per night double occupancy Off-season rates, November 1 through March 31, range between $100.34 and $143.69 per night double occupancy. All rooms have air conditioning during the summer months. Please call ahead for availability. Apartment Rates* Our apartment, The Little Acorn, has a full kitchen, full bathroom and a bedroom, living room combination w/TV. It has one queen size bed and one queen size futon in the same room. It has a sliding glass door that opens up to the deck and has a lake view. Rates are $215.56 double occupancy per night. Each additional person 14 and up is $62.68 per night and Children ages 9-13 are only $36.57 per night/per child. Children 8 and under stay free unless provided with a cot ($36.57).Cabin Rates*
Our cabin, The Little Walnut, has three bedrooms, a full kitchen, full bathroom, and living room w/TV, VCR, and fireplace. Rates are $251.51 double occupancy per night. Each additional person 14 and up is $62.68 per night and Children ages 9-13 are only $36.57 per night/per child. Children 8 and under stay free unless provided with a cot.Amenities
Full breakfast served in main dining room overlooking the lake. Please note that depending on the amount of guests, breakfast may be served buffet-style. Paddle-boating and row-boating Catch and release fishing (must have a PA license and must use large barbless hooks, must bring needle nose pliers and have camera ready for pictures) Outdoor hot tub overlooking the lake( ages 16 and up) Hiking/Biking trails Friendly Farm Animals *Horse Back Riding is available at an extra cost Tips Our family and staff are committed to making your ranch experience the best and most memorable ever. If we succeed and you wish to express your appreciation with a tip, we ask that all tips be given at the office for sharing among the entire staff, those you interact with as well as those working hard behind the scenes.*All prices include 6% tax and a 3% bed tax.
**On weekends we have a two-night minimum. However, availability is always changing so please call as it may be possible to have one-night stay on a weekend.
